No two weddings or events are ever the same which is why we request, where possible, a face to face consultation to ensure we’re both on the same page, for ideas to flow freely and to see if we’re the right fit for one another. DAILY DELIVERIES

WHAT TIME WILL MY ARRANGEMENT BE DELIVERED?
Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated as best we can, where possible.
All deliveries will be made between 10am and 5pm, however you can select a preferred timeframe of AM or PM.

WHAT FLOWERS WILL BE IN MY ARRANGEMENT?
Flowers and foliage will be selected based on season and availability and which will align with the ST. FLORAL brand.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN’T HOME?
All flowers will contain a water source and be left at the door if safe to do so. If we are unable to gain access to the property or we deem conditions unsuitable to leave, the sender will be notified and collection can be made from our studio or redelivery can be arranged at an additional charge.

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ORDER FOR A SPECIAL DELIVERY?
Absolutely. Just make note of any requests of preferred colours or flower varieties (even dislikes) in your order and we will accommodate where possible.

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE?
You sure can! If you would like the flowers to be delivered to the same address, just add the extra flowers and items to the same cart. If you’d like them delivered to different locations, please do a separate transaction for each address.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
Due to wedding and event work most weekends, we currently deliver Tuesday to Friday.
